FAQ

  • Do any of your items contain nickle or lead?
    No. All metals used are lead and nickle free, so will therefore, cause no irritation or discolouration to the skin. I mainly used 925 sterling silver or tarnish resistance silver plated copper jewellery wire.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Firstly, if you should have any issues with your order please contact me at your earliest convenience. We can then work together to find a suitable solution. Most items can be returned, as long as they are in perfect, unused condition, within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund. Please email me at koalakrafts@talktalk.net before doing so, so that I know to expect your return. Please also ensure that the item(s) is well packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage on its return. The only exception to this is custom made or personalised items. These can only be returned if there is an error which has been made by myself.
  • How do I redeem a promotional/offer code?
    You will be able to input any valid voucher code when you check out. Please contact me if you have any problems with this.
  • When will you dispatch my order?
    I will always aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, at the most. If this changes I will contact you to let you know.
  • Where do you ship to?
    At present I ship to England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland and Isle of Man.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated by weight as follows:- 1g-100g £1.50 101g-200g £2.00 201g-300g £4.00 All items are sent using Royal Mail.
  • What do you do with my personal information?
    Your personal information helps me fulfil your order, however, it is important that you feel safe and secure using this website. You can be assured that this website only retains your information for our sole use. We do not share the information with anyone or any other business. You will only be contacted by me if I need to clarify something regarding your order or you have requested that I contact you.
  • What payment options are there?
    You can pay at check out using Wix payments for Credit/Debit cards or PayPal. Collections can be paid for using a credit/debit card with my Square card reader.
  • Help, I would like to order a bracelet as a gift but I've no idea what size?
    No problem. I have a very handy chart which has proven very useful for exactly this situation. If you have any problems or questions please contact me.   • How should I look after my jewellery?
    To help your beautiful new jewellery look its best for as long as possible, I advise the following:- * Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and other chemicals. * Remove your jewellery when showering, exercising, swimming etc. * Remove jewellery before going to bed. * Store your jewellery in a jewellery box when not being worn. * Use a soft cloth to clean your jewellery.
  • I love one of your items but you don't have the colour I'd like, can you help?
    Yes, of course. Please contact me using the Contact Me form and I will do my best to help. Most of my items can be made in a variety of colours. I have SO MANY beads and crystals in stock. If I don't have the colour you would like in stock, I am happy to try to source what you would like and order it in. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
  • I would love a custom piece made for me. Is this possible?
    Please contact me using the Contact Me form and I will do my best to help. When a custom piece is requested, I always work closely with the client, taking their ideas, likes and dislikes into account, to design the perfect piece for them. All costs etc. are discussed and agreed before proceeding at each stage of the process.
  • What is the difference between earring wires and earring posts?
    Earring wires are the ones that hook through your ear and have no back. Earring posts are the ones that have butterfly backs on them. In many cases they are available in a choice of silver plated or sterling silver (the style may be slightly different to the photos).
